Customer Satisfaction Project

Gamesa has launched in 2014 the sixth edition of the Customer Satisfaction Project. This face-to-face poll of customers assesses issues related to development phases, construction and operation of projects, as well as an overall perception of the company.

The 2014 CSP stands out because of its global approach: it polled 71 customers in 17 countries. Thanks to this survey, Gamesa is able to identify the areas of improvement and, consequently, implement the changes and innovations demanded by clients.

The results showed that clients perceive an improvement in Gamesa´s performance during these last two years.
